The product does not feel rugged or durable: ** The end pieces are (brittle) plastic held to the board by bolts. ** A user with a heavy step might challenge their integrity. 3. It really is a good workout, but this one doesn't seem like it's going to last. It has a foam underneath it maybe so it doesn't slide on the floor as you slide but that will eventually create indentations overtime and then you will not slide as easily. I wouldn't say it was worth the money.
