There was a learning curve at first, but the seller has great documentation, including tons of youtube videos. Seller also had great customer service.I needed to change some barcode settings to match a certain format my POS (point of sale) system read, and I somehow made the barcode disappear entirely, and couldn't get it back. I called the number on the seller's website, and, to my surprise, talked to a real person who scheduled a time the same day to sit down and help me. He was patient and determined, and we eventually got the formatting correct. It works perfectly.Now I can download hundreds of products to the scale at once, update their prices remotely, and not have to rely on an employee to hand-jam price changes. If there was a learning curve on my end, it is made up for by the fact that the end user now has nothing to learn.
