Very rubbery
They don't really get digested I would not recommend and are pretty rubbery when chewing.

Not a bad choice for pasta subs
I have been stacking up on my keto products so they are on deck as I fully commit to this lifestyle. I've tried miracle noodles before and I disliked them but I think it was because I didn't prepare them correctly. The texture was always a weird 'zoodle' texture. I can eat my veggies in their regular form. A change in form won't make me be ok with calling zucchini pasta or cauliflower rice so I've been looking for alternatives that have the same bite as pasta. I decided to give this product a try. The best thing to do is to dry fry the noodles after rinsing. Once the noodles are squeaky and dry, then add your sauce. I tried them with alfredo sauce and they were as close to spaghetti that you would get. I've tried Impastable and they are ok but the texture is papery so that kept me searching. I didn't love the fettucini noodles with this one. They are wide so they didn't really dry out and they kept the veggie noodle texture. I will get this product again, but I'll stick to spaghetti.

Great alternative
At first, this pasta was a game changer for someone avoiding carbs. The first time I used it I made a spaghetti baked dish and yummm....Last night we tried the fettuccini noodles and good thing I had my partner try them before I mixed them with my sauce. It was inedible! Chewy and had a weird taste. With that being said, it’s common sense, this is not the regular pasta deliciousness we all love but I have to say, use it in a baked dish and you will barely know the difference. Just avoid the fettuccine shaped pasta.

Strange texture
Overall, I wont re-order. It's not that these are "bad" they have zero flavor, but for me the texture just is a little weird. That said, they are basically KETO perfect. Zero carbs, zero everything. Some people commented on the smell, you have to rinse in cold water for 1-2 min. The smell is not an indiction of taste, flavor, or freshness.I think these would be better in a hot soup. I made pasta and found as my pasta naturally cooled down the texture got more weird. It's a mix of soft and chewy at the same time.

Fake Noodles
These are kojac noodles. Decent for fake noodles.

Smells like Rotten Fish and Terrible Texture!
I usually don't go out of my way to write negative reviews on products unless I have a really poor experience with a product. Unfortunately this is one of those cases. I was excited to try a healthy pasta option for the lower carb diet I am on, so I purchased these without reading reviews first. I am regretting that decision now!! When I opened the packaged of noodles, I gagged! The odor smelled like rotten smelly fish. I followed instructions and rinsed under water for 1 minute. I then microwaved for 2 minutes. After doing that, the odor was better, but still not good. It was very difficult to put the noodles in my mouth after that disgusting smell, but I forced myself to give the noodles a shot. Luckily, the noodles did not taste as bad as they smelled, BUT they were NOT good. The taste was very dull and the texture was a slimy, rubbery texture. NOTHING like real noodles. I tried to eat the noodles with the chicken casserole we had prepared, but I just couldn't do it. DON'T waste your money on these! Even if you are devoted to a keto diet and willing to try anything, I would rather just not eat any noodles than eat this any day.

Misleading nutritional labeling
Excuse me, but who could get 6 servings out of one little pouch? I broke it up into 2 servings. Given that, I have no idea what the macros are per serving since they claim zero calories and carbs for a 1 ounce serving. They’ve obviously made the serving size so small so that they could make this claim (anything less than 1 calorie or carb can count as zero on a package label even if it’s .9). Other than that these are comparable to other shiritaki noodles I have eaten in flavor and consistency.

Bon
Un peu caoutchouteuses (par rapport à de vraies pâtes), mais bien par rapport au même produit de d'autres marques.

Noodles? More like goo!!
Picture is self-explanatory. These did not look like noodles, more like a blended goo! Plus there were some leaking from the package. Definitely NOT worth $10+ per package

Not worth the money at half the price.
Rubbery and this does not have a great texture or mouth feel. Flavor also leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion wasted the money on an over expensive product.
