Sugar Shack wanted it back sent me a label I don't have a printer, took it to UPS and they could not print me a label. I have had trouble in the past with Jeff Styker product, deformed ones, suction cup holes deformed. The perfect black one never had trouble with those. Amazon really let me down with no help, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I have had troubles with third partied veneers. Steel box springs missing end caps for support bars. PC desk with one leg foot would not screw in striped threads. Never had trouble with Walmart orders and you can take them back to box store even third parties and they will ship it back. High price item I would not order them through Amazon.
