Review: Easy to put together and make it work - Our 10 year old son was bored at his grandma’s house this summer, so we sent him this kit. He had a great time putting it together. It didn’t take him very long to figure out what to do and once it was finished, he was showing everyone how it worked. The pieces are good quality (nothing broke when he had to take it apart to pack up his suitcase when it was time to come home. He was able to put it back together later and show us in person how it worked. And it does work! You can change the channel and find what you want to listen to. This can make some annoying noises (I can’t remember what my son did to it to make it make an awful noise) but if you have assembled correctly and find a station, it’s fine. It’s not very bulky and is easy to take apart and put back together. Our son had fun building this so we ended up getting him more circuit kits. These are great!

**Q: What’s the difference between this one and this one made my snap circuits snap circuits projecth electronics fm radio discovery kit toys**
A: Nothing the largest kits come with many of the same pieces the smaller kits do.  I discovered this we ordered the SC-750R.  I had also order the electro magnet kits.  The SC-750R came with the same pieces as the electro magnet kit.  So now he has 2 which for him is fine.

**Q: Can this radio be connected to a better amplifier and better speakers (not included in the kit,), since many reviews comment that the sound is poor?**
A: I have had some luck connecting some of the radio kits to better speakers.  You may have trouble connecting to other amplifiers due to improper impedance matching.

**Q: What are the three mystery projects?**
A: This model has 4 projects: FM Radio (the main circuit) plus Power Amplifier, Electronic Kazoo, and Trombone.

**Q: what channels is there**
A: It is an FM tuner.

My 9 year old son absolutely loved putting this together with his dad. My son loves to play the radio on the toy HE had a hand in out ting together. He was so proud that he took it to school for show-and-tell. It was very easy to out together but taught enough about how connections work. The instructions were very thorough.
