I put 1 spoon of this into my protein powder every day, and it dissolves very well as long as you stir and/or shake properly. It doesn't really have any taste to it so don't worry about this powder ruining your drink - although I'm not really sure what this would taste like when mixed with water. I now barely feel constipated and also have regular bowel movement, which is a huge plus. A: It is made in India. This product works very well!

**Q: Are these corn free?**
A: According to the package it is all psyllium husks powdered. It is made from a plant called Plantago. No corn. No sugar. But be sure to drink enough water when you take it. I add it to my protein drink and then drink 8 oz. Water after I finish the protein drink!

Excellent product: portions are very handy and taste is actually pleasant, much better than Metamucil. No smells and easy to use and dissolves very well. It's a great option when travelling and it's a great value for its price.
