Used to be all hotels provided one, but not anymore! This has exactly what I need to sew on buttons and fix other "emergencies". The scissors are ok, not great, but they work. But what do you expect for a total of $5? I have used it several times and it is easy to use. Come with the necessary needle threader. (Haven't been able to do that by myself in many years!). Several needles and plenty of thread. Nice sturdy case too. I store it with my travel toiletries so I always know where it is.
