As a reference point I have left three poor reviews ever so it is not something I do very often but I received a killing bar and within days it began to peel. I took pics and they agreed and said they would replace it BUT they require you to ship back the bar and then wait until they receive and process it until they ship you a new one. The whole time your rack cannot be used and you have to take it apart to send it back.
