Review: Best Bread Machine Ever! - This bread machine did way more than I expected! I had a mini stroke and could no longer make my own homemade bread! Everything was so easy, just putting the ingredients in the order that is stated on the recipe then closing the lid entering how I wanted exactly ( size, color) and then push start. Review: Great For Gluten-Free Bread - As a gluten-free eater, I've spent years hunting for a loaf of gluten-free bread that actually tastes and feels like the "real" deal. I've spent so much money on store bought mediocre gluten-free breads over the years, and for the most part disappointed with the texture and taste. I was always a bit intimidated to make my own bread until I found this KBS Bread Machine ...WOW...a complete game changer for me. I chose this machine for the great reviews, and especially for its gluten free setting...my very first loaf was (to my delight and surprise) a complete success! The timing on the gluten-free program manages the single, crucial rise perfectly, preventing the loaf from collapsing on itself...this is a big deal! I am now delighted to say I have made more than 10 successful loafs of gluten-free bread. Beyond just bread, the KBS machine makes the entire process incredibly simple, basically add your wet ingredients, followed by the dry ingredients then set it and forget it. The only interaction I have is during the first couple of minutes of the first stir, I take a spatula and push down all around the sides of the dough to make sure the dough gets fully incorporated...that's it!! This bread machine runs surprisingly quietly, and the cleanup is a breeze thanks to the non-toxic (another reason I chose this machine), non-stick ceramic pan, which is crucial for the sticky nature of gluten-free dough. I serve this bread to family and friends who compliment it, and are so surprised when I tell them its gluten-free...I'm loving bread again thanks to finding this great machine. Here is a simply recipe I used for my first loaf of bread: Great for sandwiches ( white bread shown in the picture) ... 1 2/3 cups warm filtered (70-80 degrees) water (396.9 grams) ... 3 eggs at room temperature, lightly beaten ... 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ... 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar ... 3 2/3 cups Cup4Cup gluten free flour (469 grams) (I highly recommend the Cup4Cup gluten free brand for this) ... 2 teaspoons xanthan gum ... 2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt ... 3 tablespoons granulated sugar ... 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast or instant yeast 1. Add warm water, eggs, olive oil and apple cider vinegar to the bread machine pan 2. Next, carefully add the flour into the center of the pan. Sprinkle the xanthan gum and sea salt across the flour, then with your finger, make a divot in the center of the flour and fill the divot with the sugar and yeast, making sure no yeast touches the liquid. 3. Carefully put the pan back into the bread machine. Select the gluten-free setting with medium crust and 1.5 lb (750g) size bread. During the first stir, open the top of the machine and gently stir any flour stuck to the side of the pan into the dough. 4. When bread completes the baking process, remove the loaf from the pan and let it cool COMPLETELY before slicing (very important to let the bread cool completely to insure proper texture) To ensure the freshness, I advise to (when fully cooled, about 2 hours) cut into slices, separate each slice with dry waxed paper (to keep slices from sticking together while freezing) then put into a freezer safe bag and freeze. Tip: when ready to use, take out of freezer, put into toaster and toast twice (yes twice) as gluten free bread is denser than wheat bread and that second toasting will make it perfect. ENJOY!

**Q: Is this kbs bread maker really worth buying?**
A: Before I bought this kbs bread maker, I compared many bread machines, such as Hamilton Beach, Zojirushi, Cuisinart, Oster, but they are either too expensive or outdated appearance and not suitable for my kitchen. In the end, I chose the KBS bread machine. In addition to preparing ingredients, it can really do anything, and it also comes with recipes and recipe tables. Even if it is the first time to make bread, it will be very successful. Once you have tried to make bread 4-5 times, everything will be easy in the future. Then you can relax for 3 hours and let the machine do all the work.

**Q: Does this make pizza dough?**
A: Yes. There are "raw dough" and "leaven dough" on the menu. We also give away the recipe, you just need to follow our pizza dough recipe and leave the rest to our KBS bread maker, which will make the perfect pizza dough for you.

**Q: Is the inside ceramic pan just that or does it have a non-stick coating?**
A: Dear customer, our bread pan contains both ceramic and non-stick coating.
You can see from the video that after the baked bread is taken out of the bread pan, there is almost no residue in the bread bucket, and it is as clean as new.

**Q: How could I take off the stirring rob after each use? It’s so hard to take it off!**
A: There may be flour left in your stir bar, which is not easy to remove. Please take it after soaking in water for several hours. I recommend coating the inside of the stir bar with cooking oil before each use.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dual Heater KBS is a Total Winner! Outstanding Customer Service!

This is my second bread maker and I love this dual heater KBS model. I love to bake bread but tire of the kneading, proofing, kneading, waiting, and so on, that goes with it. Bread makers give me the same joy while putting more bread on the table consistently for my family. I still make bread by hand for special occasions or special types of bread, but the bulk of what we eat comes from this well-made and very serviceable machine. The dual heater design is a huge improvement over my old bread maker. The loaves come out perfectly baked througout, with just the right amount of browning to the crust. This is an excellent machine. The variety of settings is important, as it allows you to use the machine for many styles of bread and other purposes, such as preparing the dough alone or making yogurt (though I haven't tried that yet). I usually make the 1kilo loaf, but sometimes choose a smaller loaf size when I want to experiment with a recipe. Being able to choose from 3 loaf sizes and 3 color or browning options is great. Though the KBS Premium is a bit loud, especially when it activates the seed/fruit basket, it makes a wonderful loaf. I typically add chia pudding to the batter and chopped dates and various seeds when I make a light whole wheat loaf. Delicious! After almost a year and a half of regular use, the motor of the bread maker stopped working. I had extended the warranty an additional year by registering with KBS and they responded right a way to my support question. At their request, I recorded a short video of the operation of the machine, with and without the basket, and sent it to them. They responded promptly to inform me that a new bread maker was being shipped to me. I am overjoyed as I love this machine. I give them 5 stars for the quality of the product alone, despite the problem I encountered, and another 5 stars for top notch service.
