Whether you are a novice Pizza Chef or an experienced pizzaiolo - you will love our new self sustained 'Inferno 72' Pizza Trailer which has been designed for the Pizza maker who who caters for events, festivals, food shows, corporate functions or has a regular pitch such as a market or a maybe a pub, or even hosts their own garden parties. whichever it is, we can help! Our Trailer is based on a 650 kg gross weight type approved unit, with a heavy oven subframe fitted, the wheels are 13" and a Jockey Wheel and Prop stands have been added. Unladen, our trailer weighs approx. 350kg leaving a generous 300kg for stock and supplies that can be carried through the real tailgate. The oven facade is finished in high temperature black powder coating. The Cover and oven mounting plate is available in Brushed or Circle polished food quality stainless , as well as the option of a high quality powder coated finish in Antique Copper(pictured). We only use grades 304 or 316 we do not use cheaper and inferior grade 430. The trailer is coated in a high quality Black powder coated finish ob a galvanised substrate.

- Light but durable single axle unbraked trailer, can be pushed around with ease and hardly noticeable when towing.
- Oven - The inferno 72 is an improved version of our 'Events 65' , specifically aimed at mobile trailer use , it has a large 92 cm x 80cm cooking hearth. Log fired.
- Handwash - Thermal handwash included that can be filled with hot water to last throughout the day , no electrics needed.
- Hand towel dispensor.
