I usually dread Pilates and am always looking for workouts that click with me because I know it's beneficial to add to my exercise routine.  I really enjoy this DVD and the variety of exercises.  I like both instructors and the outdoor setting and appreciate the beginner and advanced modifications.  Each segment flies by, so I usually end up doing the whole thing!
