Fit the “L” shaped plastic/rubber tips on the end of your eyeglass temples. These reduce the potential for the glasses to slip off when you lean forward. They also give “O” rings, but I don’t use them.2. The narrow wire leashes (set came with 2) are least conspicuous of the two styles, but they don’t open/spread as much in the back, so you need to be a bit careful taking your glasses off. I would not use this leash for other than an eyeglass-windy day safety leash, not for removing the eyeglasses frequently and letting them hang.3. The corded leash is the one I prefer. It slides on the tips of your temples, with the cord running down to the back of your head. You can tighten it very easily, or keep it loose using the rubber slide. I’ve found the slide stays where you set it. It doesn’t loosen but it’s easy to adjust.I prefer loose, so I can easily remove my glasses and let them hang.CAUTION: be careful if you’re a “hugger” and your glasses hang down in front. I had a pair of glasses crushed that way!Good point: Either of the two leashes do not connect at the front of the temple, next to your lenses. Those drove me crazy because the cord was always hanging down the sides of my face.I’ve had these for several weeks and wear them everyday.
