I use that outside zippered pocket for my keys. **Q: Can I return this for free if I don't like it?** A: yes **Q: Is it washable?** A: My wife is the Baggallini user in the family. She says YES it is washable. She has washed hers in our washing machine a couple of times. **Q: What is the length of the strap?** A: I keep it as short as it will go, as I prefer a shoulder strap, but you can make it as long as it will go (it’s adjustable), if you want to wear it as a cross body.
