**Q: What is the height range in inches from the seat to the floor? In other words, how many inches will my butt be from the floor? That's really important for me and your ad doesn't say.**
A: When adjusted to its lowest position, the top of the stool bottom (where your bottom side will reside) measures 24 inches.  Fully elevated, it measures 29 inches.  This was important for me as well.  I am very happy with my purchase.  The stool is well constructed.  Hope this helps!

**Q: Distance from ground to seat?  The one I'm replacing has the seat 27" off the floor. . .**
A: This was about 27-31. It was the tallest chair I could find. **disclaimer... This chair is really low quality. The arms it came with were flimsy plastic I didn't even leave on. The back loosens often and wiggles ALOT... No real support. Finally the plastic broke where the caster insert... I'd recommend a different chair.

A: The seat sits 24" from the ground at its lowest and 30" from the ground at its highest.
