And I live in Los Angeles so there aren't a ton of wild animals running around. But apparently ferrel cats, possums, raccoons, etc, are bringing them into my back yard. Last year in the hot summer months we were unable to go out to the back yard for 3 months because I was unable to get rid of them! So this summer, the moment I saw the first fleas I bought 3 products. This Product, PRECOR IGR Insect Growth Regulator, EXCITER and SUSPEND SC (in the Pint size here on desertcart). Here's the fun part about fleas: they have 4 different growth cycles and no one product kills all 4 cycles. Suspend kills the adult fleas over time, ExciteR kills adult fleas on contact, and Precor kills the eggs and larvas. If you just use one product then the fleas will continue and you won't be able to get rid of them. Last year (the year of flea hell), my husband followed the directions and sprayed using a fine mist but by no means saturated our yard - and it we would get relief for a bit, but then they would come back. Once dry is it "safe"?** A: All I can say to this question is what I researched, it is safe after drying. We didn't notice any problems, discoloration in furniture, etc. However, nothing we have bought or tried worked as well as promised. We got fleas in our house from a friend's dog. We bombed twice, used precor everywhere twice, and used home guard EVERYWHERE several times, cleaned carpets, vacuumed numerous extra times, tried the natural remedies guaranteed to work. None of them worked as promised. Now after many continuous treatments, it is possible, the fleas are gone, but we're still not sure. **Q: To clairfy when using other pesticides, do i use the same water and 3 products or do i have to mix 3 separately then pour into one container?** A: So, you have a 1 gallon sprayer container. Or you should have one for spraying this. Assuming you are spring inside. Fill up the 1 gallon with water, doesn't have to be any special filtration or anything can just be regular sink or water hose water. For me personally when I worked at a pest control company we used, Precor, Cy-Kick, and Conquer. Each 1 ounce into the 1 gallon container and seal that bad boy. Give it a really good shake in the air once it's sealed to mix it. I left a long review on the suspend amazon page if you want to read about my battle. Sorry but im not going to retype all that. UPDATE: Well had to get rid of some 4 legged pest and i tried to be careful but i picked up some flea or something again that bit. This time i acted fast. I had plenty of my two chem left over (this and suspend SC) and sprayed it around the inside Perimeter and underneath the chairs in furniture. Then i vacuumed and picked up the place. It has now been about a month or a bit more but no bites in the last 4 days! After about 2-3 weeks in you can notice a steep decline in bites. I am mad i had to bring it back out but glad I had it! Bottom line it works just need to vacuum!!
