My only complaint is that baked goods don't tend to brown in the pan, and because you have to let baked goods cool in the pan for 10 minutes, the texture is wetter than I personally like (I usually flip my muffins up immediately after cooking to let excess steam escape for a more crisp edge....that doesn't quite work with this pan). Clean up is very easy and I've had no problems with my doughs sticking. If I could find a metal muffin tin that fit this mold, it would solve my browning problem completely so that is what I will try to do. Everything else about this pan is wonderful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great solution if you hate cleaning "non-stick" pans *by J***C on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 18, 2016* Using and cleaning this cupcake pan is really easy. As long as you follow the instructions it will not stick and get hard on the bottom like other "non-stick" pans. My only issue is the extreme flexibility of the pan. You still have to put a cookie sheet underneath the silicone pan to provide stability. It would be almost impossible to place in and out of the oven without that and not create a mess. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update... to make muffins rise. *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 24, 2018* Second review (if I am allowed to do this) . For those who say muffins do not rise, try this. Set the oven 25 degrees higher and cook the first 5 minutes (only) at that temp. Finish cooking at the temp in the recipe, maybe minute or two less. Watch so they don't burn.. I love these pans !! Before, my muffins stuck in the paper liners or made a mess in the metal pan. I have a recipe for bran muffins and I add lots of fruit. The berries can leave a sticky juice. Not a problem for these pans. You do need to let the muffins cool a bit and then gently go around them with a dull knife and lift out.
