Once that one broke (the tabs on the mat ripped), I purchased a new one in November. Less than a month later two tabs that hold the springs ripped, and the manufacturer sent me a new one. Just a little over four weeks after receiving the new one, two tabs ripped on the replacement trampoline. Manufacturer refuses to replace this one citing outside of 30 day replacement or return time frame. Horrible customer service, horrible "warranty" and apparently the quality has dropped over the last couple of years.
