I always send them to desertcart to order the book. When making candy I would recommend getting a candy thermometer to take the guesswork out of some of the recipes that suggest having this. I did not use almonds (allergies) and I substitued monk sugar for real sugar (diabetics can eat this) and it is now going to be a family holiday treat. I will admit that chocolate recipes have taken me a few tries but I think I got it. Great book with lots of yummy things to make. Easy to follow instructions and the photos are good, too. I have made a few recipes already. The cookies and creme fudge is so very good! The photos are just beautiful in this book and the step by step instructions are easy to follow. So many wonderful candy recipes in here.
