Why is that?** A: It could be a neighbour possibly connecting in error? **Q: where is the elec connection on the back. top side bottom? Need to knoe where to pull wire out to for tiling** A: Power pack and short wire (about a foot) is bottom centre. So if you aim for there you have a bit of wiggle room on the cable. I ordered mine with the touch switch, and have powered it through a spur dropped down from the attic (so the mirror is always powered) apparently if you order one with no switches then wiring through the lighting circuit is best so that it illuminates with the room lights. Mirror looks great when it’s up. **Q: Can you have the mirror portrait?** A: No, the fittings to hold the mirror to the wall are landscape. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 July 2020* Love this mirror, could do easily have been 5 stars?Spent ages looking for some instructions, how to set the clock, how to dim the light, where to drill the holes to mount it!!It’s not obvious but on the back of the mirror is a QR code to scan which takes you to all the instruction manuals!Great, but you need a smart phone! And once the mirror is mounted you will need to take it down to scan the code to remember how to adjust the clock! Not perfect! The fixings are not the best, I had to buy new plugs and modify the screws it came with, they are 135mm long! The wall I mounted it to is 100mm thick!!They should provide you with fittings for solid and hollow walls! And finally the electric cable is only about 150mm long, so I had to go buy some cable so that it would reach a power source! But once fitted and all the issues overcome it is an amazing mirror! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent mirror. Friendly team. *by D***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 May 2023* Excellent quality and manufacturing. Artforma team was also available to help answer a few questions. Highly recommend their service. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Overpriced! *by B***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 July 2020* I bought this 1000mm x 700mm mirror last month. It was advertised as a basic mirror and it had options on adding on Demister, Bluetooth speaker, sensor switch etc. However, The option of selecting Demister was not there so I assumed that the Demister was included. The mirror came without demister and faulty touch switch, I emailed the company and they said they would change mirror but I would have to send the mirror back and then they would send me knew one, after negotiating they gave me 20% off because I did not want the hassle of sending the mirror back. Cut a long story short....I was disappointed because of misleading advertising and is too expensive for a basic mirror! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/183899235-artforma-1300x700mm-backlit-led-illuminated-bathroom-mirror-and-additional-features](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/183899235-artforma-1300x700mm-backlit-led-illuminated-bathroom-mirror-and-additional-features) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
