The padding in the cup is zilch...not enough to hide large nipples. Also, the front closure is too thick...hard to hide under clothing. Now, for the best thing about the bra...the back support. It is the only bra I've purchased in the past three years that allows my (size D cup)to not sag as the day wears on. Needless to say, I'm keeping the bra. In fact, I ordered 3 more today. The other faults with the bra are tolerable as long as I have this great support in the back section.
