The locks are easy to use and the poles' ribbed surface adds significantly to its rigidity without adding additional bulk. The package also included a very useful plastic swivel attachment and a surprise bonus "feather duster" head attachment for ceiling cobwebs, etc. The pole was also delivered in just three days, well ahead of the estimated delivery date. One recommendation: the extension segments - which were very stiff right out of the box - are much easier to adjust with the addition of a little lubricant. I rubbed the poles with a dab of Dupont Teflon Dry Wax lubricant. Now they slide very easily but still lock tightly in place. My only disappointment is the adjustable steel rake head ordered at the same time is not due to be shipped for another two months. I hope it comes as possible.

**Q: what is difference between 30 foot 1 or 2 button model? Advantages and Disadvantages please.**
A: The pivot function on the 2 button model allows the squeegee to be more flexible on windows that are not uniform, ex. triangle windows. No real disadvantage besides price.

**Q: what is the difference between one button and two button?**
A: In researching the Amazon web site and pictures of the device, caught 2 differences. 1) Mechanically, two buttons allows changing the angle of the brush/squeegee in 2 directions, as opposed to one direction with only one button. The second difference I caught by accident was that I could buy the one button version through Amazon Prime but selecting the 2 button device brought up a note on the ordering page that implied it came from somewhere else.

**Q: I'd love to use this pole to brush dead moss off a roof in the process of cleaning.  Does anyone recommend a lightweight brush attachment for that?**
A: I recommend purchasing a different product. I found it extremely difficult to use this just to clean windows outside the office where I work The pole and its attachments just didn't want to stay together. The attachments themselves refuse to stay in a locked, upright position., I can't imagine how it would stand up to scrubbing moss.

**Q: does this come any larger than 12 feet ?**
A: Yes, we also sell a 6-24 foot version.  It's available through the same listing.  Just change the size to 24'.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost perfect!

I bought this with the 4" roof rake. And it is almost perfect. The rake screws on fine but as soon as I hit a bump on the roof (ridge, gutter, etc) it twisted loose and spins like a top. So I had to take Gorilla Tape and wrap tape around the handle over the rake attachment. It works great. Just the right size for a metal roof and the rake is made of a heavy duty plastic that wont scratch the roof. The pole length is adjustable and very light weight. Finally was able to reach oak leafs etc stuck in corners an on the screened gutter. I took off a star, cause I should not have to Gorilla Tape the attachment to the pole to make it work. Very happy with the product.
