Or any thing. I even added to coffee. There is no taste. And yes I tried it :-) . The trick is you HAVE to add the powder to a dry cup and while you are pouring liquid you MUST be wiping vigorously. If not, you will get clumps. I would make up a 1/2 gallon of thickened water and coffee and keep in the refrigerator for mom as needed.
