I skip 7 days a week. Usually 3,000 skips a day but sometimes 4,000 or even 5,000. I use my Amazon rope and a lighter Decathlon rope on alternate days. The Amazon rope has lasted me 4 months already (so 2 months of actual use). It's still in good shape. The foam on the handles is intact. The handle bearings are fine. There's no rust. So the build quality is excellent. I also like this rope because it is slightly heavier than the Decathlon rope. Like a heavy flywheel it allows me to skip steadily on all kinds of surfaces (good momentum). Because of the extra weight it also works out the arms and shoulders better.
