But salvaging the OEM bases from the dash and putting the LEDs into them worked. Its a bit tricky to remove the old glass bulbs from the bases without breaking them. I used a pair of pliers and a paper towel to pull and wiggle them out of the base. After that I slipped the LEDs into the base and installed them back into the dash. Keep in mind that these LEDs might not work if they are put in in the wrong direction. You might need to pull them out of the base, spin them 180 degrees, then reinstall to get the right polarity. Once installed they look good, not too bright and have a nice red color. Great for night driving. Review: Extremely happy.. look great!!! - Work really well.
