Review: Good meat additive for cooking - When I prepare a slow cooking meat, like a pot roast with vegetables, or even cooked cabbage I add this soup mix. Despite the high sodium content (my sodium level is low per my doctor) it is very flavorful. Can also be just added to vegetables when cooked without meat. I don't need to add the whole package every time either, often just 1/2 will increase flavor. I am never without it in my pantry!
