I figured that if i keep hitting the exercises that were giving me trouble then eventually my wrists would get stronger and would no longer hurt. Unfortunately I was wrong and decided to give these a try. Used them for the first couple times and felt absolutely no pain at all. First thing I used these for was to bench press and I was able to put up a little extra weight simply because my wrists were not going to give out. Simply put, these are incredibly efficient while not being too bulky, expensive or uncomfortable.
