A: The red barron capper included with the caps is made by Ferrari. They are made in Italy.

A: Yes, the bell of the capper is replaceable.

**Q: It´s possible to switch the bell to use for 29mm caps?**
A: There does not appear to be a way to adapt this to other sizes.  I do not know what a 29mm cap is compared to a standard US beer bottle cap, which is what it uses.  It does work well for that purpose, and at a good price.
