**Q: can you use it to store fountain pens**
A: The box will store any pen up to 7.5 inches long.

**Q: So I use mine for school.  I have pencil marks, pen ink & pencil shavings in it. Does anyone know how to clean the inside of it?**
A: You can wash the box in your washing machine.Please use the gentle cycle, use a maximum water temperature of 30°C/86°F. Lay flat to dry.

**Q: Will this hold 24-48 sharpies?**
A: yes, at least 24 and possibly 48.  It is very roomy and you can stack items above the zipper line without them spilling out.

**Q: Would Velcro stick to the interior lining?**
A: It’s a brushed nylon interior so I think Velcro would stick.

I was looking for some kind of hard shell case that I could use in my purse to keep several packaged snacks in for my kids and sometimes my husband. I found some of those clear zipper containers that people love to use for organizing and seriously considered getting some, but I honestly just needed one and wasn't finding them in singles for a good price. so I kept looking until I ran across this brand of Pencil case. At first I only found like three colors for decent prices until I kept going down the Amazon Rabbit hole and found such a large variety of choices all for great deals. It was seriously a very hard choice since there are so many cute ones . Anyway I decided on this pretty watercolor one since it was bright enough to see easily in my purse and would go with a variety of purses I already own. After getting to look at it in person I can say I'm very pleased with it so far . It looks exactly like the product photos and looks so much bigger in person. I love how thick and sturdy this case seems to be and definitely think this will help keep the snacks from getting crushed by the other things I carry in my purse. The only negative thing about it I can say right now is that there is a very strong chemical odor to it when you first take it out of the plastic and you definitely need to let it air out for a few days. I haven't tried to wash it yet , so i have no clue how it will hold up and Im a little scared to find out. Lol. Other than that I have no issues with it so far. But if problems arise I will post an update. That being said I will definitely buy more in other colors!!
