Decent cart for the money. *by K***O on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 13, 2018* All the reviews talk about the impossible assembly, and that was my biggest concern, so I'll address that first. Yeah, it's not impressive or well-designed. I spent at least 15 minutes getting nowhere, and the instructions didn't help me. Finally, i figured it out, and got the damn thing assembled without tape or zip ties. For the most part, it's as sturdy as I would expect a $13 cart to be. There will probably be a minimum of one or two zip ties in its future, but for now it does okay without them. This is how you assemble it:First, don't try to assemble it on its side. Assemble it vertically (like you'll be using it.) Do the bottom shelf first--hook the little stubs over the top of the side piece, and raise the sides of the shelf enough to get them above the middle wire and underneath the top of the three wires on the side piece. Do the same with the other side, and then snap/push the sides of the shelves up underneath that top wire. Then do the same with the next two shelves. I had to carefully force one or two bits into place, and one of the shelf side wires bent a little, but it mostly bent back. I'll be honest, I was surprised that the thing actually did assemble, because it sure as hell didn't look like it was going to.Post assembly opinion: Obviously, it's cheap. It feels cheap, looks cheap, it's tiny and it's not going to hold a lot of weight, but it's not garbage. We bought it to store the food and dishes for our 4-year-old's kitchen, and it's pretty much perfect for that. I’m off to the hardware store now for zip ties. So annoying. I should have read those reviews more closely before ordering. What’s worse is that I see many folks only paid about $7 to $8 for this but I paid $13 and it still didn’t come with all the hardware required for assembly.Yes I literally counted and as of today 166 out of 249 reviews (in all star categories) reported difficulties assembling this product or required zip ties or tape or other methods of securing it to get it together. It would be great if the pieces could just snap into place somehow (and stay that way). However the way the product is currently designed that is just a dream.My boyfriend and I literally got into a fight over trying to assemble it according to the directions before we both gave up and laughed it off. Later our neighbors stopped by and we had a good laugh showing off our impossible to assemble new shelf. What a joke!If these zip ties don’t work as others have said then I’ll be returning this as a defective product and not paying a single cent more for it. Unfortunately the next comparable shelf is more than double in price so I really want it to work.I would rather the company respected my time and hard earned money to not sell me a defective or incomplete product in the first place. I watched Whitmor’s stupid video on other products’ pages and I believed their claims that all their products are designed to work with my life and meet my needs. I’m such a sucker. Instead they seem to be designed for unemployed/bored people with nothing to do but puzzle over trying to put their product together for hours while their CEO sits in their office having a good laugh about all the people they’ve fooled. ### ⭐⭐⭐ You get what you pay for, and buy zip ties too *by E***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 17, 2018* So taking the advice of previous reviews I grabbed a bag of zip ties the day this package arrived. I ordered two, one for each bathroom. The instructions are pretty useless, the wheels are pretty useless. But if you are a vetran of crappie do it yourself furniture it's simple to put together. I DID absolutely need zip ties to hold the whole thing together. And I did need a pair of pliers to adjust some of the shelves. Without zip ties the shelves just don't stay in place well. With zip ties the whole thing was super stable and my cats enjoyed jumping on it a few times before it was put into use. The wheels just wouldn't stay in the legs. I decided not to try to glue them in and just got rid of them.
