I decided to re-do one of the strips and it gently peeled right off with zero damage to the wall; any lightly tacky residue left over would easily wash off with a washcloth and warm water. With it being that close to what you need, I would purchase 4 rolls. I did my bathroom in this and purchased 3 rolls and had leftover which allowed me to cut with a little excess on each end when hanging and then trimmed at the top and bottom.
