It makes it so much easier to reach typically harder to reach spaces! It does take a little while to get used to using this toothbrush, but not very long. I bought the medium brittles toothbrush. Personally, I prefer softer brittles so next time I will buy the soft brittles one. That is up one's preference though and what is most important to you, if softer on the gums or better at removing plaque. Medium may be the best in between for most.
