All of our bands are made from 100% natural latex, and manufactured using a continuous layering process to ensure longevity. Using these bands daily has been a great help, and I've gotten rid of all of my shoulder pain.These bands are also great for a multitude of other exercises, and are great for when I travel, since they add virtually no weight to bad.I will note that they are described as a pull-up assist band, but I haven't really used them as such. My wife tried using the band for that, but it didn't seem long enough to get your foot into from ground level.
