The amber light that turns on while charging works the same except for when it's full the light stays on solid instead of shutting off like the original PS4 controller. The right button on the d-pad of both controllers doesn't feel the same as original, still works fine but doesn't spring back the same after you push it. The right joystick is extra touchy so that makes it harder to play. If you plan on playing 3 or 4 player games forget it, as soon as you connect more than 2 at least one of them will have bad lag. In one game while playing with just one it just up and disconnected in the middle of a game. I would just save the hassle and save up for the original PS4 controller. ### ⭐ I don't like leaving negative reviews, however... *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2020* I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews because I'm not "that" kind of person. I try and find the "good" in all things, but people need to know that the negative/edited reviews for these remotes are accurate. I have purchased off brand items more often than purchasing brand name because usually... it works out, and I save money.However, these were a disappointment. My children saved up their money for over a year to buy a PS4. Our old Wii and Kinect are wearing out, so they thought it was time for an upgrade. We were able to make the PS4 purchase last week (new). I saw these controllers, and with the amount of "good" reviews, thought it was worth getting a couple of extra remotes, even if there were some negative experiences in there. (After all, any item can have the occasional "bad" one in the bunch.)Right out of the box, one controller had no spring action on the right toggle. I had my son "try it out" anyway because maybe that wouldn't bother him as much as he thought. (I don't play video games, so I don't know.) On a brand new PS4, the remote glitched on a CTR game more than once, and disconnected him in the middle of the game. The Sony remotes we purchased don't do this, so with the poor quality of the toggles right out of the box, I have to assume the controller itself is defective. I didn't even try the second remote.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anyone buy *this* brand. I'm going to go pay full price on a Sony PS4 remote now. (Unfortunately, the red camo one is more difficult to find, which is the one he wanted.)It appears that this isn't one of those times you get a dud, but rather, with all the similar issues others are having, it's just a poorly manufactured item overall. 😟 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only charge when ps4 is active *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2020* Everything works like the Sony brand controller. It also feels like it is also broken in besides the joypads, option&select button as well as the r1,r2,l1,l2, l3 and r3button. However, if you charge these controller while your game console is turned off, the controller will turn the ps4 back on. I don't know if mines are defective but the Sony brand does not behave like that just so you know.
