It’s fat soluble & encapsulated so it doesn’t upset my stomach like tablets do. And the price is very good too for the quality you’re getting. There have been lots of friends and family getting sick where I live, but I have yet to get sick. I cannot say for sure that taking this has prevented me from getting sick, but I do believe that it has been boosting my immune system. I really like this type of vitamin C instead of regular vitamin C because I can take an effective dose without suffering from the gastrointestinal effects from regular vitamin C. It will knock out sinus infections, colds as they are just starting (or make their duration much shorter if taken when more progressed). My adult daughter had a nasty URI and she lives three cities away. She'd been sick for a solid week and couldn't take anymore normal vita c bc of the diarrhea it causes. I finally just drove these over to her and told her to take one an hr for one day. She did and she finally got well and within 2-3 days. This stuff is KILLER!
