Very very useful. I thought I knew everything about skincare after years of reading magazine articles and browsing beauty products. This really helped me to properly understand my skin. I had never realised that my skin was sensitive. I'd basically spent a lot of time and money focusing on anti-ageing when I should have been focusing on texture and redness.

A really useful book, on completing the questionnaire I've understood how to look after my skin properly and I'm already seeing a difference in a few weeks

### ⭐⭐⭐ Good read

This book is an easy to read and informative book without being too technical. But when I looked for the products it recommended I found it nearly impossible to find them (probably because the cosmetics market changes so rapidly). I went on the authors' website and found the products for my skin type would have to be ordered from America and are quite expensive. I don't have time to spend in the chemist checking the product ingredients against what the book says I should avoid so it hasn't actually helped me I'm afraid.
