The ink cartridge no longer descends. I would expect a better quality product after paying as much for this item. I would consider others Review: Very nice pen. Make sure you buy it from desertcart ... - Very nice pen. Make sure you buy it from desertcart Prime or a reputable seller who knows about pens. It's a fantastic pen that has a good feel to it and a great appearance. The only problem I had is that the pen clip became loose and began to wobble. The fix: simply disassemble the pen, look into the top portion of the pen and you will see a Phillips head screw. Take a long thin Phillips screwdriver and gently tighten the screw. I wrote the seller about my concern before I figured out how to fix it because I really liked the pen and intended to keep it. I just wanted to know if I could fix it. They responded in a curt little email with the manufacturer's phone number and told me to call them. That didn't impress me in the least. Note: Being able to make adjustments and repair durable items draws me to certain brands and products. Up to this point, Waterford seems to be one of those brands. Update: Pen continued to fall apart until it was unusable. Seller eventually and reluctantly refunded the purchase. ## Features - Convertible to a capless rollerball - Twist-action - A wonderful gift choice that will become a cherished possession to its owner - The large Pallas barrel has an elliptical shape that is comfortable in the hand - Matching fountain and roller ball also available ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000SBC1LC | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Body Shape | Round | | Brand | Waterford | | Brand Name | Waterford | | Closure Type | Twist | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 2.6 out of 5 stars 4 Reviews | | Drill Point | Medium | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00019645405576 | | Hardness | F | | Ink Color | Black | | Manufacturer | Waterford Pallas | | Material | Resin | | Material Type | Resin | | Model Number | WF/552/BLK | | Point Type | Medium | | Style | retractable | | UPC | 019645405576 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Waterford - **Color:** Black - **Ink Color:** Black - **Material:** Resin ## Images ![Waterford Pallas Ball Pen/Capless Convertible Roller Ball, Solid Black Resin Barrel with Platinum-Plated Accents (WF/552/BLK) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/21gV1NcuwYL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ I would expect a better quality product after paying as much for this item *by L***O on May 11, 2018* Have had the pen for 2 years and it's no longer usable.
