It was as if there was a relay that would take .5 second or so to respond - which made small adjustments difficult. That one died after a few years and I replaced it with this one - much to my delight this one has no delay at all, it responds exactly like using a wired switch. Add to that the "ruggedized" remote control and I'm really pleased! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Remote Windlass Control *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 21, 2022* I installed this on the solenoid for my anchor windlass a few weeks ago, and so far it works as expected.
