It was uncomfortable and I was going to send it back. However, I've converted it to a chair mat with lumbar support and actually like it now. I don't use it to sleep, but as a computer programmer I'm sitting at the computer for 8+ hours every day. I sit on this mat and use the pillow for my lower back and move the pillow up to my mid back when I'm sitting back in the chair and it actually feels good.
