When I wrote the company I got an email back stating the it’s an excellent product and it works well if you use it right. The sales rep even stated that when the pole is extended that you cannot apply any side to side or up or down force. How are you supposed to retrieve your disc with this thing if it can’t take any force. This is not worth the money. And if you have problems, good luck with that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UPDATE!!! Horrible design! After leaving a similar review in a "contact us" directly on their website, I was contacted by InZone's amazing customer service. After several conversations between them and myself, I can honestly say they 100% stand behind their product, service, and customers. My original negative review I'm sure had to do with the fact that I was extremely frustrated by throwing my disc into the water in the fist place. Drying off in my car while writing the review probably didn't help either. Either way, these people are disc golfers just like you and me. They truly love the sport and felt for me in my situation. Simply put, InZone's customer service is top notch and I WILL do business with them again. Sounds like they have some exciting new products on the horizon. I will be first in line. Thank you InZone.This is a horrible design! Why couldn’t you just put some sort of cotter pin on it or something? Literally lost my disc AND the end of the retriever in a stream - the very first time I used it! Is there some sort of warranty for just the end? Now it’s completely useless.
