**Q: I have a permit that adhesive is on the back so it would be place on the outside of my car window, will this product work for me?**
A: Hello and thanks for your interest in Sticker Shield!  Per your question, Sticker Shield does work with standard stickers that has adhesive on the back, however, due to the many outside elements like rain, snow, carwashes, etc, we do not guarantee Sticker Shield for outside use.  However, if you are allowed to mount that same sticker on the inside of the window, you can cut a piece of Sticker Shield about a ½ inch larger than your sticker on all sides and "sandwich" your sticker up on the inside of the car window by using the Sticker Shield film as a surrounding frame.  With this application method you won't even have to take the original backing paper off of your permit sticker. **Q: can I use this on a 16in long decal?**
A: You can, however, based on the size of your decal you would have to splice multiple sheets of Sticker Shield together to span the entire 16 inch decal.   Sorry, but we currently do not offer our larger size sheets on Amazon.

**Q: Has anyone actually tried it on a Sunpass Mini and checked if is reading correctly when going thru tolls?**
A: I used this on a Sunpass sticker in a rental car last September in Florida and had no problems with tolls.  The sticker was easily removed before returning the rental car.

**Q: I have a plastic hang-tag that I want to attach to my windshield. Is the adhesive strong enough to hold something like this?**
A: Hello and thanks for your interest in Sticker Shield.  Per your question, it depends on the size and weight of your hang tag.  Perhaps this example will help you decide:  One of our product specialist adheres a full 4x6 inch sheet to his windshield that from that, hangs a plastic toll road transponder from it with absolutely no issue. I've been using these for several years now, and they are great for annual window decals like city stickers or parking passes. Just slap the decal on the one side, peel and apply to window. When it's time to change the decal they peel right off with no more scraping.

Picked up the Sticker Shield Windshield Sticker Applicator 4x6 sheets to mount an iPass to the sunroof in my vehicle, and it worked great.Application was easy—just stick your transponder to the sheet, then apply it to the glass. It holds securely but still lets you remove and reposition it without leaving residue behind.What I like most is the flexibility. If you switch vehicles or need to move it, you’re not dealing with peeling adhesive or damaging the tag. Just lift it and reapply.It’s clear and low-profile too, so it doesn’t look bulky or distracting.For something this simple, it solves a very specific problem really well.Overall, great little product if you need a clean, reusable way to mount things like toll passes to glass.

Used this Sticker Shield for my dash cam installation and it worked perfectly. It sticks securely to the windshield and gives the dash cam adhesive a solid surface to mount to. No issues with it coming loose, even with the heat inside the car.The best part is not having to stick the dash cam mount directly to the windshield. It makes removal or repositioning much easier without having to deal with adhesive residue.Simple product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommend for anyone installing a dash cam!
