    A little hard to install, although afterwards they are great!

Pros:  These risers were exactly what I needed.  I have a student horn, which makes it much harder to quickly reach the side keys when you have large hands.Cons:  The risers did require a little modification, which is what dropped a star.  I had to remove the protective cork on the bottom of the keys so that the risers could slip over the keys, and I also had to cut a slit in the bottom of two of the risers so that they could fit over the stem of the keys.  Nothing that a little bit of x-acto knife shaving couldn't fix.Other thoughts:  The risers are labeled as to which key they attach to, although you should double check to make sure they fit how you want them to.  You may want a different configuration than the suggested one (I switched two of mine).  I also used one of the risers to go over my high F sharp key because the package contains 4 risers.

I originally bought them for my alto and they work great. I then bought them for my soprano, but they were a little too big. Would recommend for alto saxophone.
