Its light, not crunchy, stays put for multiple days, keeps curls bouncy, and gives them life. The curls are defined but not weighed down like ive experienced with deva products AND Bumble & Bumble. Sorry I didn't have a picture for BB. I have tried everything it seems to get volume with my curls. I blow dry upside down, I've used clips, I shake at roots once dry.... but nothing worked with the products I had. I'd get cute ringlets but have a flat top. With this product I instantly saw differences with how my wet curls reacted, springing up right away. The product is also extremely velvety when you put it on, and not sticky at all. A little will go a long way for medium length hair which is just what I need. Bumble products were sticky, weighted down, and went quickly. Also! My dry time was half of what it normally takes! On average I'd spend 15-20 minutes trying to diffuse my hair upside down so that I could get ready in the morning, and with this I was done in less than 10! (No pun intended.) I didn't have to worry about putting on clothes carefully and's messing up my curls because it was already dry. This also made everything else a breeze because I knew what the end product was before I even left my door. With all other products I'd have to leave with partially wet hair because I didn't have time to keep diffusing all morning. Literally a miracle for my thin hair and ringlets! Im on day two and it looks the same!! I never got any of this with deva curl, bumble and bumble, or living proof.
