Place the tooth in and squeeze the gel until it spreads slightly over onto the adjacent teeth. Try and keep the gel from going on the front of the tooth. Manipulate if required. Once happy hold it in place for about sixty seconds. Let it harden, I find it takes about two minutes or so. You will get better at each attempt and I now have one which I can insert in and out at will (make sure you wash it of course). I take it out for eating but it is fine with hot and cold drinks. The only thing you can do is go to the dentist **Q: How do i use these for a missing lower front tooth** A: You simply cut the tooth from the strip supplied, then hold in place to be sure it is a good fit and the right colour. The plastic tooth is easily cut if you need to trim it to size. Melt a few of the adhesive balls in a cup of hot water and press together to form something resembling chewing gum. Hold the tooth in place and press the adhesive onto the back of the tooth. It will form a plate like a denture when it cools.it can be removed and inserted like a normal denture. Practice with one of the wrong colour teeth that are supplied. I'm waiting to have my front tooth replaced which could take several weeks. Wanted something to fit in the gap so thought I'd try this product.
