Delicious hot or cool **Q: When you cook this on a low fire for a long time does it produce good aroma? Is the tatse so bitter? Is it real Orange Pekoe (OP) grade from Sri Lanka** A: Don't "simmer" it over a low fire for a long time. I steep it for about 15 minutes and brew it quite strong, about 25 grams/gallon (aprox 1/2 cup), for kombucha. really nice aroma and not bitter. **Q: What is inside the bag....Loose Tea leaves, cinammon sticks....?** A: Lovely loose tea leaves. **Q: Can you Cold brew these tea leaves?** A: I drink it hot, but I suppose you could bre it then refrigerate it.
