I like baking, on a semi-regular basis, but in general I avoid spending time in the kitchen. I like my recipes to be simple and my utensils to be practical, effective, and easy to clean. That being said, I love these pans. They are incredibly easy to clean, bake thoroughly, and it's very easy to pop the muffins right out of them once they've cooled. I just used it and I’m in shock. The egg muffins are perfect. No egg was wasted and nothing stuck to the pan! The stuff that was still on the pan which was hardly anything (see picture) came off so easily. Also to top it off, you basically get two silicone trays for the price of one!!
