Works great and is more natural than other tampons brands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great alternative choice and not as hard as the reviews seem to make them to use *by L***M on July 6, 2015* After reading the reviews I was honestly on the fence about buying this product. After 4 days of use of solely these Natracare tampons I am a huge fan! The do have a a string and an applicator very similar to that of regular Tampax with the cardboard applicator. Nix all of the reviews about the applicator being hard and these leaking. I had no leakage issues on my heaviest days and the applicator is a little harder to push, but if you push it a small bit before inserting the tampon then it is just as easy to use as a Tampax. The other reviews seem to be nitpicking. They were comfortable, the package opened with ease and I think this is a great alternative to name brand tampons. The size is about the same size as a regular sized Tampax in my opinion. I even wore one through the night and had no leakage.
