It does get very hot on the top and sides during operation, so be careful using it. The first night I made a fried egg, I would have made more, but I only had one egg. It didn’t take long at all, and bam, a fried egg! Then I got crazy and made a tiny quesadilla with tortillas (I cut them to size) and shredded cheese and chicken. Very delicious, with toasty crispy tortillas and melted cheese. I think it will be fun to make single servings, but if you’re cooking for more than one or two people maybe get a big griddle or use a pan. It’s so freaking cute and tiny though, I love it.
