Initially I was thinking I'd wasted my money on 2kg of it as then bingo - the fine tuning of the settings got me exactly where I wanted taste-wise. Now I can say that it is a really terrific tasting coffee. I've got the acidic bitter tones just to the right level and can enjoy what I would describe as a traditional 'continental' tasting coffee.
