This product runs small. I bought it for our 65 lb golden mix, but it fits our beagle mix better.

Not what I expected. Pretty cheaply made and the elastic on the inner collar is tight on my dog's neck. I'll look for something else next Halloween.

Usually make an elaborate costume for Billy Beagle. But this year this collar is perfect. Looks like it is hand made.
