When nearly cooked, run a table knife around the inside rim of the ring to loosen, if needed. Take a spatula, lift ring by its handle with pot holder or multi-folded paper towel and serve sunny side up or flip eggs to cook both sides. It's possible to cook 3 eggs at once in this manner. I've used this egg ring 5-6 times since I received it a month or so ago. It is unsuitable for a frying pan with curved, textured, ridged or ringed bottom. Enjoy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works, but could be better... *by R***R on January 30, 2013* These things work as designed, and are great for making fried egg sandwiches that fit the size and shape of the bread/toast! The only real problem I've found with them is that need a completely flat surface to sit on; otherwise, the egg runs out under the edges. I supposed an electric griddle might be flatter than a frying pan, so I'm gonna try that next.
